Affiliate Advertising & FTC Disclosure

1. Mandatory Amazon Associate Disclosure

SmartLife Deals participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program:
“As an Amazon Associate, SmartLife Deals earns from qualifying purchases.”

Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

2. How Affiliate Marketing Works on SmartLife Deals

SmartLife Deals provides free, curated access to verified deals, limited-time flash sales, and checkout promotion codes. To support our ongoing server infrastructure, real-time scraping software, video rendering compute, and editorial curation, we partner with affiliate advertising programs.

When you click on a deal link on SmartLifeDeals.net or through our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok) and complete a qualifying purchase on a retailer's website, we may receive a small referral commission from the retailer.

Important Consumer Protection Guarantees:

• $0 Additional Cost to You: Clicking our affiliate links will NEVER increase the price you pay. In fact, our verified coupon codes and direct links are designed to save you money compared to standard retail prices.
• Zero Sponsored Bias: Retailers and sellers cannot buy placement on our top curated deal ribbons or editorial highlights. Products are chosen solely on the basis of discount depth, verified pricing history, and product merit.
• Direct Merchant Transactions: All checkout data, shipping details, and billing information are entered directly on the merchant's secure website (e.g., Amazon.com). We never see or store your payment details.

3. Additional Retailer Partner Networks

In addition to Amazon Services LLC, SmartLife Deals participates in verified publisher referral agreements with:

• Impact Radius Affiliate Network: Partnering with electronics and consumer brands, including Best Buy Developer Campaign.
• National Retail Networks: Verified referral relationships with Walmart, Target, Woot, and brand-direct manufacturers.

4. Dynamic Pricing & Availability Disclaimer

All prices, coupon discounts, clip coupons, and inventory availability are verified as accurate at the exact time of posting. However, retailer prices and promotional codes fluctuate frequently and may expire without notice. The final price and availability displayed on the participating retailer's checkout page at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
